Job Description


  • To attend customer’s calls, enquiries, discussion and meeting.

  • To perform sales and general office coordination works.

  • To manage the process of order and delivery schedule with accuracy and timeliness.

  • To prepare commercial documents, such as quotation, purchase order, invoice, delivery order, packing list, etc.

  • To perform other task as instructed by superior.

​ Requirements ​

  • Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.

  • Basic user knowledge in any accounting or ERP software.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Self-discipline and able to work under minimum supervision.
