Job Description
To attend customer’s calls, enquiries, discussion and meeting.
To perform sales and general office coordination works.
To manage the process of order and delivery schedule with accuracy and timeliness.
To prepare commercial documents, such as quotation, purchase order, invoice, delivery order, packing list, etc.
To perform other task as instructed by superior.
Requirements
Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
Basic user knowledge in any accounting or ERP software.
Good communication skills.
Self-discipline and able to work under minimum supervision.
